In September, blu-3 welcomed eleven new members to its rapidly expanding team with the launch of its international graduate programme. Designed to identify and support emerging new talent in construction, the scheme provides the graduates with the opportunity to undertake a two-year placement, on rotation across the business, before settling into a permanent position.
The inaugural intake of graduates brings in staff from universities across the UK, Romania, Netherlands and Ireland. With initial plans to bring in eight new graduates, the quality of the applications received was so high that three additional places were created to accommodate a total of 11 new team members.

In 2023, blu-3 plans to expand the graduate programme further, offering more places and a wider range of roles within the business including technical, finance and health and safety.
