BLU-3 TO EXPAND WORKFORCE DUE TO CONTINUED GROWTH

Specialist infrastructure provider, blu-3, is set to expand its workforce due to continued financial and business growth throughout 2018. The sales growth of the company has been achieved through a multitude of projects for clients across Europe in countries including Ireland, Holland and Denmark.

The company has developed an excellent reputation for data centre construction amongst other projects, which has resulted in more business dealings and an impressive sales growth of more than 83 per cent since 2012.

Commercial Director at blu-3, Paul Zeevaart, said: “blu-3 is continuing to push its geographical boundaries across Europe as well as organically growing its very successful civils, highways and utilities business in the UK. The continued growth of the company reflects our commitment to always adapting to the customers’ needs and modifying our business model when required. We can only achieve growth by increasing our workforce with people that are aligned with our values and by investing in our existing people

“The recent growth that blu-3 has experienced year-on-year is a real achievement and this is predicted to continue as we move further into 2019 and onwards. To be a part of the company’s continued success and a member of Team blu-3 is a real privilege.”

As a result of the company’s growth, blu-3 will be expanding its workforce to cope with the growing business demand. This will include the hiring of a new Business Development Manager, as well as a Head of International Operations.

blu-3 recently ranked 38th in the highly-prestigious Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200, the definitive barometer of international growth.

The list, released annually each June, ranks Britain’s best performing mid-market private companies with the fastest growing international sales, measured over the previous two years. Companies are required to have total sales greater than £25m, with global sales exceeding £1m representing at least 5% of sales.
