BLU-3 LAUNCHES LEARNING ACADEMY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES
blu-3 is pleased to announce that today it held its first masterclass session for those enrolled on one of the blu-3 bespoke Leadership, Managerial and Team Leader training programmes.
Over the past 12 months, the HR and training team has worked to put together a Learning & Development Plan which encompasses the key learning needs of the business as well as its employees – whilst capturing industry needs.
The programmes are tutor led, chartered management institute (CMI) accredited pathways which are unique to blu-3. They combine web-based learning platforms with every learner being assigned dedicated skills coaches. ‘So often in our industry we have to focus on the operational delivery or mandatory training. At blu-3 we want our people to be their best and therefore training our people to lead and manage is essential. Our people will then deliver safely, well managed projects for our clients’
Launching a blu-3 Academy for its employees, blu-3 has partnered with providers to give each one of its employees the opportunity to enrol on a recognised qualification, specialising in leadership, management and construction, with EVERY employee at the company being offered the chance to gain a CMI qualification across various levels.
These qualifications have been made bespoke to blu-3 to ensure it drives the 5 core values of the business – people, client focus, quality & innovation, integrity and continuous improvement.
blu-3 has worked closely with its providers on adapting the qualifications to best suit the business, and these are being delivered using a mix of masterclass sessions, self-study and e-learning.
